DUO Mobile
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds a second layer of security, keeping your account secure even if your password is compromised. 小蓝视频 uses DUO Mobile as its MFA platform
Please follow the instructions below to get the DUO Mobile app installed and set up on your mobile phone or tablet.
You MUST follow the steps below on the SAME DEVICE (mobile phone/tablet) that you wish to install DUO Mobile on, and NOT on a computer.
What do I need?
In order to set up DUO Mobile MFA, you will need
a)
- EITHER an Android device (smartphone or tablet) running Android 11 or above
- OR an Apple device (iPhone or iPad) running iOS 15 or above
b) Your 小蓝视频 email address and password
c) an internet connection (either WiFi or data) on your mobile device to perform the setup
If you do not have a suitable mobile device, please contact IT Services to discuss alternative solutions.
Installing DUO on your device
We recommend having these instructions up on another screen (for example on a laptop) so that you can refer to them while you follow the steps on your mobile phone or tablet.
