Description of the Works
Roller shutter and access gate maintenance and repair will take place in the above buildings.
The work needs to be done to ensure fire safety compliance and security within the University buildings.
The Contractor, Etron, will be working in various locations around the buildings. The disruption is expected to be minimal. The contractor has been asked to report to receptions where applicable prior to carrying out the inspections in each building.
Timescale
The work will be carried out from 18 August - 30 October 2024 between the hours of 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
